NoWiresSecurity (a trade name of Sky-Nets, Ltd.) was founded in 2009 by Eric Geier, an expert in the wireless networking field. The AuthenticateMyWiFi™ service was developed to help small businesses secure their wireless networks.

Eric Geier, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. As an author, he's published 9 books and hundreds of articles on computing and networking topics. He's a regular contributor to PCWorld, NetworkWorld, ServerWatch, WindowsNetworking, and many more publications. His most notable books are for the Cisco Press and For Dummies brands, pictured below. He also founded On Spot Techs, which provides on-site computer and technology services to homes and businesses.

The AuthenticateMyWiFi™ service provides hosted access to RADIUS servers, fulfilling the authentication requirement for using the Enterprise mode of Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA or WPA2) encryption. Thus organizations that don't have the monetary resources and expertise to purchase and configure their own servers can still take advantage of Enterprise encryption for their Wi-Fi network.
